In most cases, yes. However, larger orders may be split into multiple packages depending on item availability. If this happens, the shipments may arrive a day or two apart.
Yes. You can upload a clear photo, scan, or digital copy of your valid eyeglass prescription directly on the product page using the Upload Prescription option. Your prescription should clearly show the required details for both eyes, such as SPH, CYL, AXIS, and ADD (if applicable). We recommend using your most recent prescription from a qualified eye-care professional. After you place your order, our team will review the information provided. If any details are unclear or missing, we may contact you for clarification or request a clearer copy before processing your lenses. Please note that a contact lens prescription may not be suitable for ordering eyeglasses; an eyeglass prescription is recommended.
